the pool was clean and i had non-alcoholic drinks in the beach bar. the local staff were competent and decent. location: the hotel was close to several lounge/conference areas and video games ect for kids, the seaside and water taxi.

Enjoyed every minute of being there, would recommend. Our suite was modern with a lovely view of the lake...

our recent stay at this hotel in potsdam was absolutely fantastic. celebrating my birthday couldn't have been better, as the hotel exceeded all expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the spa and pool area was amazing, and the view from our room was breathtaking. it was truly a memorable experience.

Breakfast could use improvement with the croissants.

No services, no room services, we waited 1 hour to get our meal at the hotel restaurant and finally we walk out .

The hotel is a 10 minute tram ride from Potsdam and is on a beautiful lakeside setting. Its special qualities are its quiet quiet location on the Templiner See...and its striking, ultra-modern design. The hotel offers great facilitities for relaxation - a gym, great sauna facilities and professional massage therapies to name a few. I was given a large double room with a writing esk andd access to a balcony. There was a choice of restaurants - amongst them a bar with some very reasonably priced light dishes. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly, patient and reliable in meeting needs. All this made my stay there particularly pleasnt and relaxing. I was lucky to find the hotel on a last minute offer through the bookings.com, but the full rate is not over[riced in view of the quality of services provided and and its location.

I was travelling without a car. The tram services to Potsdam are adequate but in some cases a taxi is worth the extra cost.

The restaurant here is great for dinner with a variety of tasty dishes to try.

Location is very good, clean and well ogranized.

Impecable room, spacious bathroom, nice shower. Small balcony. Staff was correct, but could have been more helpful. Interior parking at a nice price (5€ per day), but there was also a tram stop nearby so downtown could be reached via public transportation.

Upon arrival, we inquired about our possibilities for heading into town. The receptionist only mentioned driving there, while the hotel had bicycles for rent (we only saw that once back from city center) and the tram was also nearby. We had the feeling that she was not thinking along and that we had to pull everything out of her.

Very good 3* hotel, staff very helpful and friendly although the hotel was quite full and they hat a lot of work. Size of junior suite was ok. We liked the location at the lake most of all and the possibility to have breakfast outside.

No minibar in the room, only vending machines for cold drinks on 2 floors (not on ours), payment there only with money cards from reception, machine took no coins. Quite warm in the room as it was very hot outside. The coffee for breakfast was not so good, everything else very good.

My recent stay at Kongresshotel Potsdam Am Templiner See was truly delightful. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with well-arranged furniture, a comfortable work desk, and even a balcony to enjoy the scenic views. The toilet facilities and shower were excellent, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Located right on the tranquil Templiner See lake, the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating break.

We had some trouble while visiting Berlin. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way and spent considerable time to help us.

The location and the cheap parking

The staff does not speak english or only poorly. At the check-in they tried to give us a single room (with a 130 cm bed) instead of the double room that we have booked! They had a wild party in the garden on the second night and we were forced to change room again because of the noise and they did not help with luggage. Expensive breakfast without alternatives in the radius of 2 km. Vending machines work only with preloaded room-key. Access to lake only via a hidden passage and no bathing allowed. There is no air conditioning and you can't keep the window open because the balcony is open and in common with all other rooms of the floor!

Old complex converted into four star hotel and conference space. Large, clean, and comfy rooms. Close proximity to lake. Brand new spa and lemon restaurant highlights. Easy to reach by car, short distance from renovated city centre. Quiet with spacious hotel. Restaurants to choose from. Friendly staff.
